Refund policy

Product-related issues or concerns will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the product you have received, we want to make it right!

Please notify us of an issue with your product via the Customer Care tab on the CONTACT US page or via email at hello@myeffectnow.com, and you will be contacted within 24 hours regarding your request.

We prioritize our customers' happiness and will do all we can to offer a satisfactory resolution (i.e. refund, product replacement, alternative product, etc.)
